The GSX has a rear glass antenna. It's in the glass, but they don't work really well, they only get strong signals, the weak one's don't come in.

I use to have a White 99 GS Sport with a Star Stage II Ball Bearing T3/T4 turbo...it was fun untill....well those who remember me know Oh Ya...this is what I have now... a 99' GSX...

the motor in my antenna is all fugd up, i was gunna hook up the vw one, but the shop out here said it would be like 200$. i dunno, i got a 76 ball on my shit, and im stylin w/ american rice. and although the motor tries to pull that fukker down when i turn my shiot off, it dont work. satan said a new motor and antenna wud be like 300$. i say fukkem all. my shit still works, and i just got to get off my lazy ass andwash my shit personally instead of makin the illigal aliens do my shit at the car wash. they dont do a good job anyway.

almost any mobile audio store has access to a metra catalog. You can order a powered VW antenna from them. I put them on boats all the time.

i have a non-amplified fuba that i was going to put where my rear washer squirter is but coudn't get it to fit there so i think i'm going to sell it since i don't really like the look too much on the roof and don't want to drill a hole there.

i couldn't find anything at the dakotadigital site.

I have the glass antenae on my RS. I'm going to put an FM amplifier on it and see what I can do to eliminate my mast. I'll let you know how it works.

but the amplifier will only "amplify" signal, not improve your reception. you'll just amplify the bad reception. if you can get an adapter for the diversity antenna(the actual name for the antenna in the rear window) all you need is a headunit with an excellent tuner in it.
