After having my car for about 5 months now, a couple of days ago my right rear turn signal started to blink noticably faster than the left rear with no intervantion from me, anyone know why this would happen?

perhaps a ground wire is not making complete contact with the back of the bulb.... "wigle" the bulb and loook at the socket to make sure the ground is tight! ;0

This doesn't always mean it's out. It comes on usually when it is close to going out I think. Also, I noticed after I changed the bulbs and got clear tail lights, then altezzas and clear bumper lenses etc. the signals always blinked a little faster than they did when I 1st got the car. I have the newfront and the bumper lenses are gone, but I have this setup in back. I have altezza tails, LED bulb on insides, clear bulb in center(ORANGE AT NIGHT), then another LED on the corners. I say change the bulbs out and see what happens.
yo 9d9, where can i leanr more about these LED lights??? do they just pop in the standard sockets or what? thanks! (man, i learn something on here everyday)

Marc, the bulbs pop into your regular socket. They are major red! I have them in my clears. I bought them at autozone for about $7. (Mine are APC brand). They do make your flasher quicker though!
thanks hurricane for the info! so is this a regular accessory or is it kinda a special light? also would pep boys have these? im afraid here in chattanooga TN they might not have a "speciality" item like that.. or would this be considered a "speciality" item? thanks! how about a part#?
