I have the space, the equipment, and all I need to do is order the paint. So, can someone tell me how much paint I need for 5 base coats and 3 clear coats (what I'm planning on at the moment)?

id go ahead and get a gallon, just in case, dont know but that seems like enough plus have some left over imo

Yes, One gallon will def cover it all and have well over enough to use as touch up or painting interior peices or whatever.
