Im not meaning to bust on anyone here but as i read through these posts, i keep seeing more and more people wanting to "be like the F&F" with wings from the movie, stickers from the movie, driving techniques from the movie, this form the movie, that from the movie. GUYS this is how people get the "wanna-be" label! No one respects un-originality!! If you want to mod your car, GREAT!!!! But be original about it, use your own ideas, be creative. If you drive around with a "F&F" car, then people are gonna see you as a copycat that can't have a nice "original" car on there own, they see you as a wanna-be from the F&F. Thats not what i think anybody wants to be seen as, is it!!! We can get good ideas from the movies and stuff like that, but take ideas not the actual thing. If i see a car, be it an eclipse, a supra, whatever, driving down the road looking like it just came off the set, im not gonna go "oohhh, aaahhhh" Im gonna think to myself "whata wanna-be, what a damn shame!"
anyway, i hope i didnt piss anyone off here, that wasent my intention. It just seems to me its hard enough to get the respect we do deserve as N/A DSMer's, the last thing we need is to have others look at us and laugh for "being like the movie"!!

Yeah, I agree... get your own and be your own...

I can understand why you are saying be original, but there are people (like me) that like the look of some of the cars in the movie and would like their car to look that way, I idolize the green eclipse in the movie, thanks to this movie, I'm a DSM person. I just happen to like the way the car looked and wanted to make mine look similar
