take the side pannels and the center console out. when you unbolt/unscrew the stuff you'll see three things on your cig. lighter. One has the bulb to light up while your lights are on. I think it was green and black wires. The black one is your ground. So, just tap into the green wire. A/F wires should be at the ECU. Look at all the wires around your ECU, maybe take some electric tape off and untighten the wires around it. You should be able to find your wires there just like what the right up said. Be patient. Good luck!!

Yea. It's the top harness going into your ECU. Just cut apart the electrical tape and you'll see the white wire w/ black stripe. Hook the purple one up to that. Easy

I just checked the cig. lighter thing. It was a blue wire with a white connector. You can't miss it. I did take a pic, but my crappy phone camera didn't do a good job. So just open it up and look for it, it shouldn't take no longer than 5 minutes to take the center console off. good luck!

okay i got the center console off and i see the cigarette lighter light wires. the wires plugged into the cig. light are green and black and the blue wire i guess heats up the cig lighter when pushed in, so do i tap into the green or blue wire. Im asuming i tap into the green since it leads to the light. But when i install the guage wires to the cig light wire do i strip the green wire or cut it in half what do i do there i know i sound like and idiot for not knowing but i just want to do this right with no problems. Need help ASAP. doing it today. Thanx

no not the green wire. if you do that your guages will only be powered when you turn on your lights. you want to tap into the blue wire. this wire provides the cig lighter w/ power only when the key is in the acc or run position. to tap into a wire you can either strip part of the insulation and then solder the wire from gauges onto the cig wire OR you can just cut the cig wire and then solder the 3 wires together (2 halves of the cig wire and the 1 wire to the gauges). whichever's easier for you
