My friend you've got a problem major strip,,get a small drill bit and drill str8 threw the top of the screw just enough to make the head weak then use plyers to cramp off very careful then once you get the light off you can work easier with it off.you feel me PLAYA.

The bolts go into a little screw flange in the headlight, which once came out on mine and did the same thing (the flange was spinning w/ the bolt inside the headlight, so the bolt wasn't breaking loose from the flange), I was able to just push the bolt really hard toward the light and then tried untightening it again and the flage caught and the bolt broke loose.
When you do get them out, I'd put some epoxy in there else it will happen again.
Another method if you can't push them in, would be to keep tightening the bolt down untill it pulls the little flange out of the head light, then you can epoxy it back in once it's off.
Good luck
