ok i know that its not the most popular thing to do (due to the center piece) but i'm getting them soon. i should have them in about 5 days or less. what all must be done to replace them. i want to get every thing as ready as i can so i can just pop em in. thanks

um.. 1st thing to do is make sure they don't leak. 2nd get a rachet and a 10mm .. and get one of those long ones since some of the middle peice bolts are deep.. you'll also may need a flex head to get the last bolt off the corners. It is pretty simple and straight forward.. seriously the only hard part was getting the plastic cover off to get to the middle peice.. you have to pull.. i was afriad I was going to break it.. but it all worked out.
