heres the deal, i currently have a 3 piece low spoiler and i just got my trubo spoiler today for 100 bucks and im getting the 97-99 complete kit for another 125 in the spring (front sides rear). heheh and it is red to match my car.
Anyways, what kind of holes will i need to patch up from the outside spots of my 3 piece spoiler. I am good at working with bondo, epoxy drilling, and airbrushing. SO i was thinking i could epoxy some mesh in the inside parts of the car and then use bondo to fill in the holes. Then prime and paint the bondo. The spoiler itself is allready red to match my car, so i just need to fill in the body parts.
Also, how well does fiberglass and epoxy bond in the cold? I was thinking if i put a little space heater next to my car in my garage i would be able to do everything this winter? My garage is not heated, therefore i would have to use the space heater up close to it.
Any suggestions would be great. thanks.

you will have 9 holes to fill and dont do it when its cold..that shit is a bitch to work with in the cold..i would wait to do it just so it doesnt get fukked up..

scratch all that. I had all my holes welded THEN smoothed out with a lil bondo. More secure and will never EVER ever ever ever crack or anything. That hatch opens all the time and shuts Hard, you dont want that bondo to shift. Weld the rear quarters too. Then put the new spoiler on.

i herd of that, just thought i didnt need to weld if i didnt have to. I dont have a welder. And a little epoxy from the inside with mesh, and then bondo on top of that would do the job.
