#6578, "Chrome valve cover"

Well i read the post (eclipse550hp's Hey Cyan) about the velve covers. Well the chrome valve cover caught me. I was gonna get mine polised but i think chrome would look a hell of alot nicer.. Anyway, asked my stepfather if he knew anywhere to get mine chromed, and he told me he knows a guys that does chrome and powdercoating. So i went there and asked him the cost, and he told me probably around $75-$100. I dunno if this is a great price or not, but hey it's the only place around here. So as soon as i get the chance to take my car off the road for a few days im gonna get it done. If it comes out real good, i'll probably pick up a couple covers from the junkyard to get done and sell, if anyone is interested in one. I'll post when it's done.

It cost me 30 duckets to polish mines.. It's even cheaper to get them chrome plated in TJ (which everyone else does around here).
