#65489, "quick '?' on side moulding"

I have the strip of moulding on my 95 Talon (the one that goes on the door, horizontally), it is cracked...so I'd like to take it off completely...

Just wondering if there are any holes that are hiding behind there, or is it safe to take it off?

I know the Eclipses have holes where the plastic grommets go. So I would guess the Talon's use the same method of attaching their skirts.

I'm not talking about the skirts...there is a strip that runs in the middle of the door, it's held on by what looks like double sided tape, just wanted to make sure there were no surprises awaiting me under it.

No...it's like this strip that goes from the rear of the front wheel well...to the front of the rear wheel wheel...I'll just strip it off tomorrow for the heck of it...I never liked it anyways, it looks out of place!

i think he means like where we have the little gutter like thine on our door that the doorcaps and skirts line up to. i guess the talons come with something to fill it?

I know what you're talking about. I can't really answer your question personally because your side moldings are different than mine were when I had them on. Mine had 4 holes on the door, and 2 holes on the quarter panel.
