so this guy wasn't paying attention that i was stopped cause he was looking at some chicks in bikini's on the side of the street that were for a car wash and nailed the crap out of my rear bumber and hatch....i want to get a blitz rear end or a combat rear bumper out of this....what's the best way of going about this?

I don't think he wants to pay for it seeing as how the other guys insurance will cover it.

You have to either get cash from his insurance company, or find a body shop that's willing to work with you. Here in NJ there pretty strict about doing everything to the book with insurance, except when it comes down to the insurance company saving money then they won't think twice about screwing you.
