I love GSX rims, and I love black rims (well, on my color car). If I buy some GSX rims and take them to a shop can they powder coat them then machine the lip? I don't want them all black, ilike that lip being nice and shiny.

Yes you can powdercoat them and they look awesome. A few people on DSMTuners have done it.

Leave a nice poloshed lip on them

can be done, and will look hot, u can polish the fuck out of aluminium
