burnt bulb. Did it have altezza or something? I know some altezzas on use two compared to our stock three bulbs for taillights. but it has to be not enough load on the circuit.

I think they just replace the relay with some other relay. People around here have it done and I finally asked one of them. I just had to know.

get turn signal bulbs with funky wattages. the different wattages changes the resistance of the bulb, therefore making it blink like its on crack

just replace either your front or back turn signals w/ LEDs. the different load placed on the system by the LEDs causes a different current to be drawn through the flasher relay. b/c of this it blinks at a different rate. some people that converted to LEDs actually don't like it so they buy a special flasher that is not affected by changes in load/current

I thought it was illegal to have spasmatic blinkers.. Dont you fail inspection for this?

I have spastic blinkers because I have led's in the back (so they can be seen through the blacked out lights). I don't like them, but haven't got around to getting a heavier duty flasher yet.

Exactly. It has nothing to do with any relay BS. I have converted all my exterior bulbs to LED clusters and I wired in a few heavy resistors in parallel with my rear circuits so the flasher unit thinks the fronts are not in. Hyper flash, and I like it. If I want to slow it down I just need to wire in resistors in parallel with both front blinkers as well.

And I have never heard of 'spasmatic blinkers' failing inspection.
