this is my first time asking for help with my car. its a 95 RS that didnt come with factory side skirts. i was wondering if there was anyway of me installing my blitz side skirts without using the little screws that i see on alot of hondas. thanx for the help

Try using 3m double sided (heavy duty) tape. I would highly suggest using screws to bolt the side skirts. It adds more stability for the skirts and lessens the chances of falling off. BTW, get someone to help you hold both ends of the skirt, when installing.

thanks and would i have to put the screws in the frame where the door closes or just in the wheel wells

Yes, the wheel wells. Be sure to use the 3M tape for extra support.
