#64360, "How much paint to fully repaint our cars?"

Looking at something like 5 base coats and 3 clear coats, can someone give me an idea of how much is needed for our cars?

Thanks,
Corey

well i went to get a price for my car earlier this week.. $1250 for same color wet sanded and buffed.. around $2000-$3000 for color change with door jams and such.. and the price goes up with different paints ... just goto shops.. they do free estimates

Sorry, should have been more specific...

How much *paint* is needed to repaint our cars, not money (friend of mine's father has offered to show me how to paint, has equipment and all).

Sorry for the confusion emoji

I paid like 525 for 1 gal. of base 1 gal. of clear and reducer and fish-eye-reducer, but that was for a chromabase color. Covered the entire car, twice because it had to be redone.
