I have a dent on my passenger side fender well. Its not too bad and i want to tap it out. My plan was to remove the tire well plastic and hit it with a rubber mallet or hammer a few times and see what that will do. Is there a certain way to do this or do i need special tools? any help is appreciated. thanks -brian

ive heard dry ice works. just rub over the spot until u hear a pop and whala. havent done it personally but some people on the board have.
does anyone know if the ding king works?

with the dry ice thing you have to heat the area with a blow dryer or heat gun. i had a friend that worked in a body shop right after a big hail storm

i heard the dry ice thing works.. heat up the area first..make sure it's warm or hot..then go over the spot with dryice and it will shrink it together and pull the dent up. the ding king does not work.. maxim did a review of it and said it actually leaves swirl marks on your car and the adhesive sucks. it looks stupid in my opinion.

i personally disagree with the statement about the ding king not working, i just used one the other day and it worked great. i would reccomend it to anyone, well worth the $20.

I agree that the ding king works on some dents...usually smaller ones that arent in too much of a point...it's called DING KING for a reason...if it was meant to remove much else it' probably be called Dent Magic or something thereof...
