ok, so i blew my 420a in the rain a few weeks ago in a deep puddle with my cold air intake...really pissed--anyway, im getting a completely rebuilt engine from mitsu installed, and i was wondering where i can get an odometer to keep track of the mileage on the engine, because i dont feel like doing the math every time from the original odometer and i dont wanna roll back the original odometer...so if anyone has any ideas, please post...also, what does anyone think i should do about boost, now that i technically have a new engine with no miles on it?? what kit would be most practical for speed and daily driving?...all ideas are welcome.

thanks,
niko

You could start by putting it in the general forum for the odometer question, and performance for the performance question... Eye just an idea... also SEARCH button is widely accepted as the best question answering tool. emoji

what you will probably need to do is go do a search at some sites.. such as www.optauto.com or any site that sells aftermarket gauges.. what you want to find is gauges that are spedometers with the mileage on them.. Autometer sells some.. that would be your best bet.. that's what i plan to do when i rebuild my engine.. so i can see how much is on the new engine and also on the whole car itself.. good luck..

just take your whole cluster apart..where the numbers are you can take that apart also and just put the miles to where they are supposed to be..im not exactly sure how to do it but i know my friend did it on his eclipse..
