I'm not if you guys have the problems with tailight bulbs where one side isn't as bright as the other. Its because the negative wire was not making contact with any ground. It sounds confusing but that isnt the problem...while I was trying to fix it, I think I short circuited something and all my taillights went off; including the Hvac and the gauge lights...which I'm guessing has somethign to do with the green/white wire. I checked all my fuses but it wasnt it...however, when I do press on my brakes they do come up but its dangerous to drive at night because noone can see you from the back. The headlights are fine...but just the tailights, hvac, and gauges...any help would be great...Thanks

did you check BOTH fuse boxes? sometimes the fuse isn't where you'd expect it to be... definately sounds like a blown fuse though

Check the "radio" fuse in the engine compartment.

This is probably the website your talking about http://gc.dsm.org/faqs/doorlocks.htm

The stock door locks suck, replace them w/ a pair of $20 heavy duty door lock actuators from eBay.

Yeah thats the site...its very imformative though...I found the items you were talking about on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2449223864&category=33723

but I'm not exactly sure if these work...gotta ask the experts first emoji
