#6346, "Does anyone know of a place that sells Guage face slip covers"

Meaning, white faced guages that do not require me to remove the existing ones?? I absolutely refuse to remove the needles from my current ones. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

BTW do not buy the ones for $25 they are basically just stickers - the fit and finish is okay, but they are really difficult to put on if you don't want to remove the needles.

Thanks.

actually they all require you to remove the needles. you cant get the overlays on there any other way. unless you cut a line in them to slide them on. and i agree about the $25 sticker ones. i had them for about a month and said to myself "damn that looks gay"

HAHA, it sucks that you thought you had to remove your needles, they come with holes in the center of the gauge, you slide the needle in the hole and it rests flush around the needle base. you dont have to cut anything (i didnt on my two sets, and neither of my two friend with 3 sets of gauges had to either, and we all had five different brands of faces. (APC and vinyl for me, homemade for the crx, and the accord had Ebay gauges, and now has AC autotecnic reverse indiglos)

maybe this post will be here in archived form for those in the future who get white gauges and dont make the unnecessary mistake of trying to remove the needles

removing the needles really isn't that big of a deal. i've removed mine at least 4 times. u just have to make sure u but them back on where they are supposed to be.
