Is it safe? The cars in Europe do not require rear impact bars and they drive a way faster than we do. You can modify the front impact bar so i don't see any reason why the rear can't be modified. It would help to know which rear bumper your getting.
Blitz- No way, take it off and forget about it.
EDIT: Be AWARE of the car behind you and chances of a rear end accident will go down.

It would help knowing what rear bumper you are getting. In my experience, the blitz, buddy club 2, rudora, and combat can all fit with the rear impact bar, or you can modify the bar to make the bumper fit. Not sure about any other rear bumpers since those are the only ones I've had besides stock.

it depends on the company. i havent seen any combat rears that fit over teh enforcement bar witout cutting away alot of th ebumper. most of the rears that can fit the impact bar are pretty obvious; the bumper sticks out alot in the rear, cars got extra booty

i have the same rear bumper, they modified my support bar, they cut the plastic like piece off and welded a 2 inch square hollow piece of bar to the two sides, i'll get some pics up and show you.
