okay peeps, i'm getting paint soom. i wanna paint my car withe the facotry color and also integrate some silver paint in there. i don't wanna do it with siler flames cause that's been played out with the hotrod crowd. anyy suggestions?

You could go with some racing stripes. They seem to add some hp=) j/k actually, i would do some accent stripping or, yes, even a racing stripe. just my $.02 though.

you painting the whole car? or just your hood?

if you're doing the whole car, get the base coat in your factory burgandy, and put a translucent silver topcoat(not cheap though) with a good clearcoat.

I'm still lookin for someone that will make a green to white flip. till then, a couple vinyl graphics will have to do.

I know you said flames are played... but I'm partial :-D I think some carefully placed GHOST flames towards the front would be real hot... or even have your car fade from white to silver as is goes down. That's all I can think of now....

well i gotta paint the hood and rear deck from where i put the wing on. so i'm not gonna paint the whole car just those areas. i think ghost flames are a maybe. i remember the design trickedeclipse had on the side of his car and was thinking about painting the front bumper, hood and fenders siver and the fenders would come back in a jagged design like that from the top of the fender to the bottom. hey tricked, you got any old pics so they know what i'm talking about?

How much does a vinal kit cost? I'm thinking about getting one, but I wasn't sure on the prices. I know they very, but I was just wondering what the basic ones cost.

I got blue flames with flakes at the vinyl shop on silver. If you get flaked vinyl. It is usually premium. This along with labor was $300. I got them black b4, but it was too dull. Candy colors are like 120. That is what I've seen around my area.
