That's not that cheap. People are selling thos HID ballast kits for under 500. BUT they do not look good. The light doesn't spread right like true hid, because the lenses on our headlights were not made for dispersing HID light. It will come out more yellowish than blue, and many people are pretty unsatisfied with the kits. I saw one on a JDM Type R headlight conversion, and it was bright and blue, but didn't spread out nearly as much as the true hid on bmw's etc. It just looked like bright Hiper white bulbs. It didn't spread evenly on the road at all...

well damn then i guess i am not getting these. i saw them on the supra's and all i could say was DAMN...i just ordered another set of hid lookalik bulbs...nokya or something like that. only 30 bucks . i dont really like my piaa super plasma 9006's. they cost 100 bucks and the output is light blue and i want a purple tint.

yeah what kid of bulbs are you buying with a purple tint?? thats what i want, only 30?? for one or both??
