I just finished putting on my front bumper (Blitz). Everything was going fine until I discovered that the plastic lining under the wheel well did not reach the edges of the new bumper. You know the black stuff that is under the wheel well that keeps all the water, mud, snow, etc off the engine. Does anyone know if the lining on the 95-96 is different than the one on the 97-99s. and/or has anyone had the same thing happen to them???

Same thing happened to me. Aftermarket bumper aren't made to use the wheel well linings.

Yup my blitz was like that on one side too. The other side's lining broke halfway off when the tire rubbed against it...

damn, i got mine from vis and the sides are plenty wide enough, but yeah dont drill into them, even if you could. they are the same on all 95-99s
