is the glare from the dash unbearable?

Looks good to me, I would just be worried about the glare like ^^^ said. Something liitle you could do: you have that neon light on the back hatch and because the cord is black it stands out. I would run the cord under the plastic and then put a real little hole right underneath the neon to hook it up. Other wise it looks real good, great work.
