When I posted before no one really gave me the answer that I was looking for. First off, these are the seats I'm getting:

My questions are the following:

I don't understand what each different type of belt are for. I mean is it possible I could choose one that won't fit?

Would something like this work?

Top harness:

The top two points get bolted down towards the rear of your car. Maybe the metal divider in front of the strut tower?? The bottom two points get bolted to the floor on the sides of the seat.

Bottom harness:

That is a shoulder harness. It is pretty much teh top two points of teh top harness, i believe. In competition n whatnot you need to have different style belts or have more or less "points" to be competiotion legal. So if you have a belt that can be pieced together and be just as strong as t'others, then why not???

How do I know if the leads are long enough? i don't want to buy a harness if its not going to work.

just get a measurement from sparco and measure with a rope or sumthing to see if it will be long enough. Better too long then too short, since you could jus tighten it up.

Where exactly should I measure?

Measure from your headrest on your present seats to where you are going to bolt down your top two points on the top harness. It will have to be behind the seat towards tha back. A roll cage would be awesome, but i assume you don't have one. If you have no back seat then you could jus bolt them to teh hump right behind the seats. I have also read to mount them to teh top stock rear seat belt mount. You are gonna want to keep AT LEAST a 45 degree angle for safety sake on teh harness. Otherwise, if you get into an accident, teh harness can pull down and crush you. Try to use as many stock seat belt mounting points as possible, they are beefed up to keep you safe.
I would talk to HadesOmega...He has the schroth 3 points, i believe. He is also an awesome guy and i am sure he would be glad to help you out.
