Haha I do that too. Only since I installed my new rims, i find myself pulling along side dark colored SUV's and trucks and looking at my car's side reflection. The scary thing is i take my eyes off the road ahead of me. if i keep this up i'll get in wreck for sure.

I must agree...especially when it comes to the fmic. There is nothing sexier to me than one of those filling up the mouth on the 97+ bumper. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

i look at my car to make sure no mother fucker is trying to jack it.. that is all. my car is ugly but i dont care. there are dings in the doors, the paint on the mirrors is comming off.. oh well. and yes our cars do look pretty damn nice..well except for mine. i posted a thread awhile ago saying how a 97-99 GSX/GST looks like a supra..high wing..turbo..front mount (if you both put one on), 2 doors, sleek aerodynamic look.

He he, yeah, i find myself always looking back at my car when i park it. I think the best though, is when i took my car to get aligned and the tech took it out to make sure it was good...DAMN!!! Ha ha, when i saw him coming back, i thought my car looked so FREAKING GOOD. I was thinking damn it looks so slick and smooth when its cruising on the street. Then the light turned green and the combination of my wheels spinning and the sound of my exhaust....lol, i was in heaven.

Our cars have the cleanest, most windswept lines of any car I have seen. My baby's been paid off for about 2.5 years, and even to this day, I've yet to find myself looking at another car wishing I had it. It really makes you wonder who had the final say in designing our exterior. If they're the same dudes that designed the 3g Eclipse, I say 'RELEASE THE HOUNDS!!!'

Fo rthe Supra comments, I like the Supra's looks, but they do not look betterthan the 2GNT. They are bulkier, and not nearly as sleak.

I do that all the time. Every time that I walk away, every time I go by anything that I can see the reflection in. I am not vain, but I think that the 2g's are the sexiest cars that was ever made. Every little thing is perfect about them, the body, the inside. Man, I wouldn't change anything. (Well, you know what I mean)

That's why I bought it.... The Eclipse is one of very few cars that have a drag coefficient of 0.30.... the only other two cars I know that have a drag of 0.30 is the 350Z and Benz has a car that has a drag of something like 0.28.... that's bad ass!!! And the Eclipse one a very few cars that don't need a body kit I love my baby....

I use to have a White 99 GS Sport with a Star Stage II Ball Bearing T3/T4 turbo...it was fun untill....well those who remember me know Oh Ya...this is what I have now... a 99' GSX...

I don't think Supra looks any better than our car. Its curves aren't nearly as smooth as our car. And that high wing don't really flow as well with the body like the turbo spoilers on our car.

But in terms of taillights I do like the Supras better

I've come to the conclusion that our cars are the hottest things on the road!!!! Nothing else compares in my opinion. Just like someone else said earlier....all the cars in this post are freaking sharp as hell, you all deserve points for having such nice rides.

thank God im not alone in this obsession. a lot of my friends that arent into cars and even the ones that are think its weird that i love my car so much. but ive wanted an eclipse since the first time i saw one when i was 12. i got my chance to get one and took it. best decision i ever made, especially cuz if my dad didnt find this eclipse i would have ended up with an auto 94 prelud but yea im always looking back at my car and when i park at the dorm, i always try to make sure that i will be able to see it from my dorm window and im constantly checkin it out. haha. i have problems. but yea a lot of you guys have some nice ass eclipses and i wish mine looked half as good.

I agree. I constantly obsess about my car. I know she aint much right now (a 3 footer - she starts looking good at about 3 ft. Any closer and the flaws start to show), but she'll get there.
