i have a friend whos parting out his 2g and im getting the vis cf hood with sparco hoodpins for 300 bucks. man thats cheap i think and its brand new not a month old. hes ran into a spot of badluck with the engine and has decided to return it to stock and trade it in and get a 1g gsx or awd tsi

the day i pick it up im gonna go and have maby 3 coats of slear coat put on it for added safty. i had a pinecone fall out of a tree the other day and it royally fked up my paint on my hood if it had a few more clear coats on it then t would have been able to buff it out oh

the pins will go on the same time the hood does i saw someones hood come off on the innerstate one time going like 80 it wasnt pretty it hit the windsheild and then flew up in the air like 50 feet and landen infront of someones car and it made them run off the rd
