Does anybody have any pics with APC racing seats in their car? If so, how difficult were they to install and are they worth the $150 a piece to spend on them?

summit has a special going on for both for 249 w/brackets, i want some but am wondering about them, they look tight only if they didn't have that apc lettering

sounds like a good price, but they probably charge you an arm and a leg for shipping, in that case i would probably just got with jegs where they have them for 150 a piece and free shipping.

If the seats are like all other products from APC (and they will be!!!)then your trusting your life to the lowest bidder with the cheapest parts and materials.

Run, run the other way now. Save the money and at least get the $500.00 a set seats from DAD or someother Co. DO NOT BUY FROM APC!!!! You will regret it!!!!!!

Most seats come with "brackets". These are not, however mounting brackets!!! YOU WILL HAVE TO FABRICATE YOUR OWN MOUNTINTG BRACKETS!!!!
The braclets that come with the seats are the sliders only, that mount to a mounting bracket!!! Savey?

out of curiousity i sat in the apc seats at pep boys....do not get them unless you like sitting on a cinder block. very cheap construction(thin fabric, already faded in the store, and in person, they look like shit!!!) go with the DAD seats ive sat in those and like them better than sparco torinos. but if you get the DAD seats, please do not get the fake cf option for the tilt adjustment. i believe DAD seats now come in suede for 600a set/sliders included.

Looks like Im gonna stay away from them,thanks a lot for the warning, but what out there is the best deal on a set of seats with sliders and brackets and everything else?
