Is there any way to get the metal gas cover like on the gen3 klipzes? That is the only part I like on them and I think it adds a more agressive look. Please help if you know where to get them.

There's almost always 1 or 2 on Ebay, if not then check machv.com, I think they got 'em. Get ready for some custom molding though.

The problem with that one is that it's round(machv.com). We have square covers. That's what I was wondering, if they made a square one somewhere.

yes but the square ones are fake of course, and look completely stupid. also, the 3G doors arent metal, theyre plastic. you can get a round cap molded into the stock location for relatively cheap. just welding the old door shut and cutting the new one in.

I'm 99% sure that there's an aluminum 3G gas door cap. I know there's the dark grey one (the obviously plastic one) and there's a polished one.

When this is done, do they have to repaint the whole rear quarter panel??? I want to do this as well, and I was wondering how hard and about how much $$$ will be involved. Laterz.

yeah there is an aluminum one but its aftermarket, it doesnt come on the car. your whole rear quarter panel will have to be painted.
