#56938, "Manual shift knob newbie question"

I was wondering how to remove the manual shift knob to install an aftermarket one. I have no idea how and don't want to mess everything up. If someone could give me good instructions on how, it would be great. Thanks in advance.

oh man, that's it? I should have tried that in the first place. I didn't think it was just a simple twist on and off. hehe

off topic, but i am looking for a knob that is shaped like the stock one but a little stubbier. (almost like the lancer knob, do those fit on eclipses?)i know they make em but i dont know where to get one. i was thinking our stock knob was small but i got to looking at it and i dont want one that big. leather is a plus and a mitsu logo is nice to but not required. thanks all!
