Well a week ago i went to a carwash up the street. It is one of those ones that doesnt touch your car. Well anyways when i was driving out i heard a scrapeing noise so i got out and took a quick glance and didnt see anything. Well today i washed my car by hand and noticed that my front fender is like 3/4 of an inch seporated from the door. WTF then im looking more closely and the plastic inside the fenderwell is on the outside of the fender. Undernieth the car is a dent like the size of a baseball with the paint all peeled back and chipped off. Who do i talk to insurance or go straight to the carwash?? sorry for the long post!

are you sure it was the car wash?? It almost sounds like it was someone after the fact. Go back to the car wash, in any case, and there should be a phone number somewhere to call.

You think that bad about a year and a half ago I went through a car wash and it ripped off my front bumper and got water in my right headlight.They wouldnt pay for anything because in small print buy the carwashi it says their arent responsible for damages but my insurence covered it and my payment stayed the same thank god

well the sign says that they are not responsable for driver negligence which means they are not responsable for anything, if its there fault or not. Well looks like its time to talk to insurance. I def need it fixed it looks like crap, i can fit my fingers inbetween the door and the front fender. DOH!

yup carwashes don't pay for anything if your car gets fucked it..just like a dyno.. you chose to go there and it's your choice to use their shit so they dont pay for jack shit..however some dynos pay for stuff if it breaks..bust most dont.

alright why would you even go to a car wash in the first place Personally since I got my Talon, I haven't been anywhere near one, washing it by hand assures that it'll be done your way.

hand washing is cheaper and you can wash it they way u like it too. my drivers mirror was ripped off by the heat blowers and the car wash place said they cant do anything about it (the fine print)Bastards!!! so i got diablo m3 style mirrors wich i think look much better anyway
