Here is a pic of my trunk/backseat area at the last show I was in. Also a pic of stereo in glovebox w/diamond plate around it. Let me know what you think.

I think it looks pretty cool, keep it up.

BTW, I have a set of aluminum diamond plate floor mats. How do you keep them from getting scratched up?

Usually I just use the floormats for shows so they didn't get scratched. Now that I use them everyday, they are starting to get dull, but they still haven't scratched.

Just use some Mother's MAG/Aluminum polish on them before shows to take out the scratches, and restore the luster.

I don't personally like dimondplate, but it goes really well with your subs and rear strut bar. Looks good imo, but I would never do it. I am more of a carbon fiber guy myself emoji .

did your trunk interior trim come from the factory black?

I have a red eclipse with black dash and beige door panels and interior, not too crazy about the beige and wondering about a way to paint them without making them all sticky or turning out wrong.

I like the way you kept the trim on top of the strut! is that weatherstriping?

Thumbs up

My interior used to be the black/tan interior, but I painted every tan panel black. The trim around the strut bar is black wire loom.

We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires and movie gods and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. You've come a long way. I remember seeing your car in the first post and wondering ... wtf is this guy thinking - not disliking it but just wondering where you're comin from lol. Now I see. Car is hot, pretty much every aspect.

Props.
