Has anyone used high temp engine enamel (500F) to paint their calipers?

How long have you had them painted? How's it holding up?

In the past I've used VHT caliper paint and that's held up very well for over a year. But I'm doing something diffrent and I need a color they don't offer.

yea, i used the hi-temp paint, i had them in neon green once emoji yuk... then silver looked nice but got brake dust quickly... now i've got black just to hide the dirt and stuff...

i think i might try that color cast stuff, but i don't like their colors too much, the red is the nicest but it don't go along with the car colors too well...

btw i had no chipping at all, the paint holds up real well to chemicals for cleaning too, i puple power stuff, its real strong stuff, it takes the carbon build up right off the muffler tip, realy great stuff to have around, engine cleaning all sorts of uses!!!

what color do you want to use??
