it all depends on the type of enamel, and different stage paints, i myself used a Polyurathane Enamel, with a Clearcoat on my paintjob, done by myself. Acrylic Enamels usually are one stage, but you gotta buff them often because there is no clearcoat keeping it shiny, and the color fades quick, (why you use clearcoat).
they do it in a day, i took a few days wet sanding the car for prep, shot the car, waited a week, wet sanded again, and buffed it, you can see the results in my sig pic. (i'll say again, go to another place, not macco) __________________________________ -Ryan
