heh, i used gutter guard (black plastic) and jammed that in there, and zip tied it in... i wasn't going for looks, just to keep all that crap out. it did a pretty good job of covering up all that rust from the fog light mounts. i took mine out before i painted the car, and i won't put another in for a couple of months now (let it cure, and then some to be safe)

Ok i went to Lowes and bought some silver gutter guard mesh for 5 bucks, a lot cheaper than 40 at autozone. Should i take out the fog light cups and cut out that center peice or leave it all? Thanks

is it plastic or aluminum? i bought the aluminum first and tore/streched the hell out of it (yeah, whoops!)
as you can see, i also took off those stupid black things covering where the fog lamps should be. you might want to get some small zip ties, and a small enough drill bit (just enough where zip tie will go through) and drill a small hole in the upper outside corners of the outside holes in the bumper (ends of the smiley) drill them about 2 or so mm from the edge (towards the inside of the bumper) i also used zip ties at the tops of the thin strips that will be exposed after removing those crappy black things.....
you can't see the zip ties unless you get on your hands and knees and look for them.
good luck, it took me a while my first time, but now it will take me about 10 min to put mine on (which i will do after the paint is fully cured)
