I want to paint my dash, black and white and I was wondering how I can paint the main dash without getting it on the windshield or down the vents. Also how to paint (Spray or something else)

The easiest way i believe is to tape it off as good as possible, but i haven't tried takin the dash out. Cyan could answer this better he did the whole thing.
