You know when you guys press on the door panel it makes that annoying crackling sound? whats the best way to make the panel seem like its not a cheap piece of shit?

take it off, lay it down and tape off all openings that go front to back (speaker, door handle, etc)....now fill that bitch up with expanding foam. Let it cure then use a sander to sand it down flat. Now look at your door and use a razor blad and flathead screwdriver to cut/chizzle out areas for clearance and you're done!
