hey guys, well at work, i had a hit and run, i come out and find that there is a 10 inch wide by 4 inch high dent right on the fender near the passenger headlight. Can you gguys give me and oppinions on how i can pop it out my self?? please help!

take fender off, grind off paint around and in dent, if metal is not stretched hammer and dolly dent out back to contour, spread body filler sand 80 grit->140 grit->220 grit, if needed repeat filler, if not needed spread icing over sand smooth 140->220, make sure it's feather egde along with making sure the paint that you grined away is feather edged, then take to get painted.

get a new fender. you can get used ones for really cheap

Same thing happened to me. Spent $400 at a local body shop to get it fixed and painted. I feel for you man.
