I am getting 18" rims and was wonder which size tire would be better. I know that 225/35 is the best, but these two are the only ones I can find on ebay for a decent price.

Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself...

where the hell is the ceiling?

215-35 is a skinnyer tire with a smaller sidewall.....225 40 is wider with a taller sidewall......wider is better

225/40 is much closer to your stock spec (so your speedo and tach will be accurate). It's .84% off

215/35 is 3.83% off, but you'll have better acceleration due to smaller tire and lighter tire (it probably will not be noticeable).

40 series definitely. Go with 35s and you have a better chance of fucking up your rims if you hit a pothole!
