My left and rights are sealed good and are shiny chrome. My center leaks and has water spots and barely has and shiny spots left. How can I get it clean and get rid of water spots and seal it up and prevent it from reoccurring?

the problem with the center piece is that the keyhole doesnt match up. there is a small 1/2 inch gap there...thats where the water gets in mostly. i simply put tape over the keyhole...but i wouldnt try opening up the apc's they dont look all together strong u know

OBX also makes Altezza lights. Not sure they made one for our car though.
