#51650, "trouble installing blitz front bumper"

i removed the stock bumper, and put the blitz bumper on, and it seemed as if the backside of the center "scoop" was hitting the actual bumper behind the polyurithane one. I removed the actual bumper and some plastic piece infront of the radiator, and it seems to fit now, was I supposed to do this?

The radiator plastic air dam from the stock bumper and the black plastic reinforcement bar has to go in order for the blitz to fit correctly.

the center scoop, behind the blitz bumper is hitting the renforcment bar, so i took that off, then the air dam infront of the radiator was hitting it, so i took that off, and it fit perfect, but i started cutting the renforcment bar to try and fit around the scoops, and thats where I am now, help!
