I am getting my car repainted and i want to remove my wing and have that groove on the bottom part of my door shaved. Anyone that has done either of these things, will you please tell me how much it cost without paint.

And do any of you Southern California 2gnt'ers have experience with welding, because than one of you guys could do it for me and you probably wouldn't charge as much as a body shop.
