I took all the plastic panels off of the upper part of the hatch, hoping to find something, but I can't tell why it is leaking. When it has been raining it has been leaking, and when I open the hatch after washing it or something, it leaks all over my sub and amp at the designated spots...what can I do to fix it?

More likely than not it's your drain tubes. If you look along the edge of the trunk by the fender there is a hole on each side that has a tube that drains the water to underneath the car. If those get clogged the water will build up around the trunk and leak in. What I did to fix mine was just take the old drain hoses off and replace them with some new vinyl tubing. It's been pouring out, so the next time I get a chance I'm going to check the spare tire well to see if it's still leaking.

i have the problem after a really big rain. my prob is the water comes in from the holes for the spoiler and it resides there until i open the hatch. when i open the hatch it drains down to the opening on the panel. viola, rainfall on back seat and hatch. any ideas how to fix it? i had some silicon in the holes but i think i just need more.
