I want to put on the front grill like some of you guys have, and you say you can buy the stuff at Home Depot. I went there yesterday, and several other hardware stores to try to find what you used. I was looking for 1/4" expanded sheet metal, is that what you used? TIA for the help!

are you talking about the mesh that people but in the ducts??? if so the do have it a home depot just go look for wire mesh or gutter gaurd or chicken wire whatever its called its just a diamond style mesh that you just fit in there and hold down however

Everyone is using that thin-ass chicken wire shit!!! I thought they were using something more durable like expanded metal...that chicken wire shit gets all dented up on my buddies Grand Am when he is driving down the highway.

i bought a sheet of aluminum from jcwhitney for mine...i too looked around and could never see any stuff that would look worth a damn

Its called gutter gaurd as mentioned above. I used it and it turned out pretty good for the $6 I spent.

here is what i found at home depot... same thing, gutter guard, just white. i just got off a few inches and it went right in there... right height and everything
