well, im going to attempt to convert my old cranked windows to some power... i was looking at the spal window kit on ebay; anyone got any suggestions? good, bad, anything.. please help me out. thanks.

not trying to be a jerk but there is a search button. this topic has been posted a bunch. spal is probly the best one you can get as for aftermarket. they suck to run through the doors. try the search for more info. there are quite a few posts about it. later

anything sux to run through the doors emoji yeah, SPAL kits are good, i have one, as well as about half a dozen members or so here. i say go for it youll love not having to crank your windows anymore!

yup they kick ass. do a search. me an 96eclipse posted a lot on a couple threads answering questions about the kits. probably one of the most practical mods you can do for your car. haha i got my windows on remote now too emoji

yeah these two guys really helped me! a million thumbs up to 'em...

i got the flea bay spal kit (deluxe). i am not a mechanic by any means, but this kit was pretty straight forward. the doors will be the biggest hurdle! emoji

i would also get the 2 switch and not 3 because its easier to do 2. i put my switches right above the shifter on the plastic part. they are worth it!! the switches look stock and are illuminated...

hey marc, did you put them where i did? finally got around to it huh?? lol its great cuz everyone looks for the crank...not there...look at the door panel where they usually are on most cars...not there...then they look at me with this blank stare like "wtf, where are your switches??" i just laugh and point emoji

lol i love that! i've had lotsa passenger start fumbling around running their hands along the door skin tryna find the switches. it's cool having a car with power everything an no switches on the doors emoji having switches in the center is so much more convenient than on the doors... oh and you can easily wire it so you can use the windows anytime rather than needing to have the key in the ignition and crap
