#48131, "Got hit... how do i get this guy's bumper residue off my car?"
I got hit the other day and no, it was not my fault. To make a long story short, this Ford Econoline work van didn't see me right in front of him when he was making a left onto the road that I was driving on. He hit me behind my driver's side rear wheel. Now there is black streaks from his bumper where he hit me. I really really don't wanna take it to a shop and whatnot because that will just be a hassle. There are no dents, just the black marks. The can be buffed out. I can scrape them off with my fingernails but that would take years. There's gotta be an easy way to get these marks outta my car. Thanks guys.

go to pepboys or autozone and get yourself some rubbing compound. then lightly rub a little bit of compound on the black spots only and you should have yourself a fix right there.
