And for the record... What are the #74 bulb/LED thingys everyone is talking about?!

Are they a bulb... And LED? What the fuck?

What are they to?? the gauge cluster.... The HVAC controls...

The #74 LED's are for the bulbs behind the Instrument Cluster(speedo/tach area). The bulbs behind the HVAC, A/C, Cruise, Cigarette lighter are all smaller than #74 and i don't know what size. You are just goint to have to use the LED's you get from radio shack and do pretty much the same thing you did with the HVAC.

i did this and instead of soldering the resistor onto the green wire, i just put it right on the circuit-board. I did have to cut part of the "legs" of the LED and the resistor.

The defroster button was a little harder, but i also soldered the LED and the resistor to the circuit board.

Now i just need to change the cigaretter lighter and Cruise control area.

the top one does, to get the resistor # just click the picture and read it off the box. the LED is a 2700mcd blue one.
