Just did first hand wash of the season, and I am disgusted with all the black marks near the tires wells, and on the front bumper
(white paint). Is there a way I can get someone to fix it without having to paint it?

Is it chipped paint or tar from the road? If it's tar you can use some Meguiars paint cleaner. That stuff works wonders!
