i've got a question about taking apart altezas, how can i do it?

i was thinking the same way as the headlights but i wanna be sure before i go and roast them lol

i need to take them apart to glue the red lense back on, and while i'm in there i'm gonna paint them to match the car.

i think that would look hot

well any suggestions or a how to will be appreciated
tia

yeah, just like headlights but are a tad more sensitive to heat than the headlights. I'm guessing thinner plastic. I had my sister's apart but I accidently warped an edge. You can't see it, but I would really watch them in the oven and have it set to the lowest heat setting.

Shit is all apart. Typical...

set the oven to like 200 degrees and check on them often. i warped one side when i tried it. and dont try and pry them apart if the glue isnt melted, you will crack the clear plastic piece (dont ask my how i know). maybe try a heat gun if you can get a hold of one. but it can be done in the oven...just dont set the heat too high.
