hey i know theresa few of you guys on here that painted your dash white, i used the vinyl dye stuff, now my question is did you guys clear coat the dash, i've heard mixed opinoins about this because of visibility, is it really that hard to see with clercoated and does it look good with out clear coat......tia

Use a satin finish clear. It won't glare like smooth clear. I'm getting ready to redo my whole interior and I'll be using satin base coat and clear. Looks better imo

satin finish is this available at home depot or any hardware store

i have mine white but i didnt clear coat it. the people that sold me the SEM paint said to use a satin clear if i was going to though. my glare can be kinda bad at times but i have gotten used to it.
